The
Toll
(Zelig
Award)
The
Toll is a 5 time award winning computer animated mockumentary
and a character study in the guise of a student project created
by fictional film student harvey stevens. Harvey delves into the
realm of not-so-fantastic myth to interview a troll who lives
under a bridge. The troll is, for lack of a better word, evil.
He's aggressive, uncouth, temperamental, and has a nasty habit
of eating people. His pet is a malicious cross between a dragon,
a pug, and a cuisinart. Yet strangely, the troll wants acceptance
from the society he preys on, and sees the young filmmaker as
an opportunity to clear up the 'misunderstandings' that have always
plagued him.

Send
in the clowns

They came with colored wigs and red noses – and ended up
with blackened eyes and red faces...

afghanistan, hoping to show the healing power of laughter. But
the locals didn’t see the funny side - when one audience
participation routine involved lifting a woman’s burka...
Based on a true story, send in the clowns shows that cultural
insensitivity is no laughing matter...

of his ward (congregation) to convince the ward members to help
out.

we're along for the journey. In peter's world, it's all about
peter. But will filmmaking itself finally humble this wanna-be
scorsese?

Life
coach
'The life coach' is a comedy about a world-famous life coach who
inspires and influences l.a.'s best and brightest.
Instead
of being the stereotypical spiritual guide that many of the lost
souls of los angeles have come to rely on, our life coach is a
slovenly, borderline abusive, chris farley-type. Having arranged
his business so that no one ever sees him, the life coach sits
around his mother's house in his underwear, eating doritos, and
trying in his own special way to help his clients over the phone.
When
the life coach decides to stage his first public appearance, the
pressure gets to him and he balks, leaving the business in the
hands of his handsome, morally questionable cousin.
